Insurance and Payments
If you have an insurance claim for the repairs being made to your vehicle, provide your claim number to your account coordinator. Our staff will obtain authorization for your repairs prior to beginning work on your vehicle.
If you have an insurance deductible or are otherwise paying for your repairs out of pocket, payment will be due when services are rendered. Account balances are paid directly to CPR prior to picking up your vehicle.
We accept several forms of payment, including cash, properly endorsed insurance checks, and cashier’s checks issued by a major local bank. We also accept credit cards in amounts up to $1,500. No personal checks or money orders will be accepted.
Hours and Appointments
Collision Paint & Repair is open in Longview Monday through Fridays from 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. Estimates are available each day until 4:30 p.m., including during the lunch hour. CPR is closed on weekends and most major holidays.
Appointments are not necessary for estimates; however we do ask that you make an appointment to drop off your vehicle for repairs. This helps to reduce the amount of time we must hold a car, truck or SUV for repair.
